A yearly 360° health review. This includes blood tests, vital checks, and a one-on-one with our doctor to discuss their health, with personalised lifestyle advice to keep them at their best.
Lifestyle & Preventative Care
Nutrition, exercise, mental health – we cover it all in our approach. We help nip issues in the bud (for example, stress or weight management) before they affect work or lead to time off.
Convenient Online Booking
Employees use our online portal to book appointments in a few clicks. They can also call our friendly reception – just mention they’re a corporate member from your company, and we’ll handle the rest.
Referral Management
If specialist care or imaging is needed, we assist with quick referrals (private or NHS). We’ll help coordinate next steps so your employee isn’t left navigating the healthcare system alone.
Dedicated Support
Our team will also support your HR with onboarding employees and scheduling the annual checks. We provide usage reports and health insights (aggregate data only) so you see the impact of the program.
Pricing
We offer a simple monthly subscription model:
- £40 per employee per month for companies with 10 or more employees on the plan.
- £60 per employee per month for companies with fewer than 10 employees.
(No setup fees, no hidden costs. Minimum 12-month term for new sign-ups so you can truly gauge the benefits.) After 12 months, it’s a rolling monthly contract – continue as long as it’s providing value (we’re confident it will!).
For example, a company with 25 employees would invest £1,000 per month for full coverage of their team. That’s likely less than the cost of a single day of lost productivity for the whole office. In return, you get peace of mind that your staff’s health is in expert hands year-round.
How to Get Started
Step 1
Contact Us – Fill out the inquiry form below or call us at 0117 987 2075. We’ll schedule a free consultation to understand your needs and answer any questions.
Step 2
Tailor Your Plan – We’ll help you decide which employees to include (some businesses start with a key team or offer it to all staff). We sign a simple agreement and get you onboarded.
Step 3
Employee Onboarding – We provide welcome materials for your team. They each register with us (we can even do a 15-minute orientation session at your office). From day one, they can start booking appointments.
Step 4
Ongoing Care – We handle everything from here. Your employees book and receive care as needed. We’ll check in with you periodically with updates and to ensure you’re happy with the service.
Step 5
Yearly Review – At the end of the year, we’ll review the outcomes with you – including how many appointments were used, any success stories, and feedback from your team. Most of our clients enthusiastically renew for another year once they see the difference!

FAQs
What if some of my employees are already registered with The Lagom Clinic privately?
A: Great! We can transition them to your corporate plan seamlessly, so you cover their fees. If they’ve had a recent health check with us, we can count that as their yearly check for this year.
Do employees need to leave their NHS GP?
Not at all. Our service is an addition. They can still see their NHS GP if they want, but with us they have the convenience of faster access. We can also share notes with their NHS GP (with consent) to keep everyone in the loop.
What if an employee leaves the company?
You can substitute another employee in their place at the next monthly billing cycle. So you’re not paying for someone who’s no longer with you.
Can we trial the service?
We can discuss a pilot for a small group of employees for a shorter term to demonstrate value. Contact us and we’ll work something out – we’re confident the results will speak for themselves.
