Our team can provide a full range of joint injections to address conditions like Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, Trigger Finger, and De Quervain’s Tenosynovitis. When extreme precision is needed, we can apply these injections using ultrasound guidance.

How do I book a musculoskeletal appointment?
Our GPs are qualified to deal with a wide range of musculoskeletal issues, so to arrange an initial assessment, you can book a normal GP appointment.
Can you arrange for urgent treatments?

We work closely with local consultants at Nuffield Hospital in Bristol. If we feel that your condition needs the assistance of a more specialised expert, we will arrange a referral.
Can you arrange scans and X-rays?
We have strong ties with Nuffield Hospital in Clifton and with local radiologists. These relationships help us to provide rapid access to relevant services and high-quality care. We frequently discuss patient results with these radiologists.
How much does a private GP consultation cost?
A 30-minute appointment costs £125. This gives us enough time to thoroughly understand your condition to ensure you receive the best treatment. If needed, we can perform blood tests during the appointment to save you from needing another visit. We also offer membership packages that offer unlimited appointments. Lagom Clinic doctors have the opportunity to build deep and informed relationships with patients.
Will my insurance pay for a private GP?
If you already have UK health insurance, you can check with your provider to see if they cover appointments at The Lagom Clinic. Some insurance companies offer their own online GP services, and most international insurance companies will reimburse the cost of your appointment with us.
Can a private GP refer to the NHS?
As a private GP clinic, we can refer you to an NHS hospital for urgent or suspected cancer diagnoses. However, we can only refer you to a private specialist for routine consultant appointments. We collaborate closely with Nuffield Hospital in Bristol, which provides our patients access to a wide variety of specialised consultants.
Do you provide an out-of-hours service?
Our out-of-hours service is reserved for Laglom Clinic members. As a member of the Lagom Clinic, you can contact your GP at any time via email or telephone.
